Returns & Exchange

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer support at exportstitchers.official@gmail.com or 03291205695.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product images if applicable.

  • Wait for return approval before shipping the item back.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the provided return address.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges in both exchange and return cases.

  • A 200 deduction will be applied to refunds for processing fees.

  • Upon inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method minus the 200 deduction.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

  • If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Undergarments, socks, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage due to misuse.
