5. Undelivered & Lost Packages

  • Export Stitchers is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds for undelivered packages will be processed minus shipping costs.
